By Booking with Moloney Celtic Tours, you agree to the below Terms and Conditions.
Booking
A deposit will be required within seven days of making a reservation to secure your place on any group tour or private tour (as stated in tour itinerary). The payment schedule and balance is required as stated on your tour confirmation documents. Once a deposit is paid, you will be allocated a place/places on the particular tour, and a confirmation with an invoice will be emailed to you. Your invoice is your confirmation of booking and should be printed and saved for your reference. All future installment payments will also receive an emailed invoice and should be printed and saved.
Once your payment has been made, you accept and abide by these Terms and Conditions.
We accept no responsibility for any incorrect email addresses given, or the inability to deliver email. If your confirmation of receipt of your payment does not arrive on time or not at all, then you must contact us to resend the email for the verification of the tour you have paid for. It is the responsibility of the traveler to check the accuracy of the dates booked, and all future emailed tour documents, especially names for any airline reservations made through Moloney Celtic Tours for group tours.
Deposits / Final Payments
All deposits, as stated in your itinerary, are non-refundable, including land only tour packages, and land/air tour packages. Final payments, as indicated in your itinerary, must be made no later than 90 days before you arrive at your final destination. Moloney Celtic Tours accepts payment by check, PayPal (credit card 3% fee), or arranged bank transfer. If the final payment is not received as scheduled, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and all your previous payments will be forfeited.
Documentation
All final travel documentation, including the full version itinerary and any related maps to your tour, will be mailed out three weeks before your departure.
Change / Revision Fees
There are no fees for a name change on your room. If you require a room type change from double to twin or vice versa, there are no fees but is subject to availability. There is a name change fee for airline tickets after the ticket has been issued by the airline. This fee varies based on the airline’s terms and conditions. Changing your tour date is possible but not guaranteed 120 or more days before your tour start date and is subject to supplier availability, i.e., hotel rooms and the time of year (high or low season). There is a $25 administration fee per person and any price difference due to the new dates of the year. It is not possible to change your tour dates within 120 days of the start date of the original tour, and this applies to land tour packages only. Tour packages that include air flights are subject to date availability and the specific airline’s terms and conditions concerning changing a group fare.
Cancellation / Refunds
Cancellation of your tour or place on a group tour must be in writing or by email to Moloney Celtic Tours. Check your travel insurance policy to see if the reason for your cancellation is covered and that you may be able to make a claim. Cancellation and refund terms will be applied based on the date the written cancellation request is received and based on the following dates before your tour start date. All cancellation fees include the initial non-refundable deposit.

On group tours that involve airfare booked through Moloney Celtic Tours, up to 120 days before the tour start date, and the submission of names for ticketing, the cancellation fee is 100% of total airfare. All refunds are issued back to the original payee by check.
Travel Insurance
There is no travel insurance coverage included in the price of private and group tours booked through Moloney Celtic Tours. We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover any events, including medical expenses, personal accident, lost baggage that results in canceling a tour or an individual place on a group tour. Moloney Celtic Tours takes no responsibility for any injuries or loss to you incurred while taking part on tour. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to change our itineraries at any time or make segment changes on an itinerary at our discretion. Our agency will make every effort to avoid this, and if it is necessary, we will substitute with an alternative itinerary that is comparable monetary and experiential value. Once your booking has been confirmed with Moloney Celtic Tours, we will make every effort to provide you with the arranged itinerary that was agreed on. We reserve the right to change or alter an itinerary due to circumstances that are out of our control. Some of these reasons may include extreme adverse local weather conditions or weather warnings, natural disasters, civil strikes, or conflict. We reserve the right to decrease or increase the price of our tours at any time. Our Errors and Omissions Insurance policy cover all our travelers’ itineraries.
